Michael J. Gauthier is a lifelong resident of northern Illinois, having earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from Lake Forest College and his Juris Doctorate from the Chicago-Kent College of Law. Michael is licensed to practice in the State of Illinois and the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois, and is the recipient of the prestigious CALI Award for his work in Trial Advocacy. Michael concentrates his practice in the fields of civil litigation, professional malpractice and family law litigation throughout the courts of Illinois and has successfully represented clients in dozens of appeals before the First and Second Appellate Districts of Illinois as well as the Illinois Supreme Court. Recently, Michael was certified and appointed as an Arbitrator for the Nineteenth Judicial Circuit Court of Illinois.

Thomas W. Gooch, III is a lifelong resident of Lake County, Illinois and has been active in civic and political organizations for decades. Thomas is also a veteran of The United States Army, having served in Vietnam during the Vietnam War. He received his Bachelor of Arts Degree from Loyola University and his Juris Doctorate from The John Marshall Law School . Thomas is licensed to practice in the State of Illinois, the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois, the United States Court of Appeals for the 7th Circuit and The United States Supreme Court, and is a member of the United States District Court Trial Bar. Thomas W. Gooch, III concentrates his practice in the fields of civil litigation, professional and legal malpractice, excessive attorney fee cases, and appellate practice where he has argued dozens of cases before the Illinois Supreme Court and Illinois Appellate Courts.
Thomas is the founding director of Big Brothers Big Sisters of Lake County, the Township Attorney for Cuba Township, the past Chairman of the Zoning Board of Appeals for the Village of Lake Barrington, the past President and past Treasurer of the Barrington Fire Protection District, the past Chairman of the Republican Party of Cuba Township, and is the current elected Highway Commissioner of Cuba Township.
